Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Account creation is required — you’ll be prompted to create an account or log in during checkout. This lets you track your orders, access batch-specific Certificates of Analysis, and manage your research supply history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers (ACH/wire), and select cryptocurrency payments. All payment methods available are displayed at checkout.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order. However, orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting support@luminospeps.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer volume discounts on multi-pack items listed on our site, and custom bulk pricing for institutional or recurring orders. Contact orders@luminospeps.com for a quote.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2 business days. Overnight shipping is also available.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat $7.95 standard shipping rate. See our Shipping & Returns page for all options.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping may be available in the future.
How are products packaged?
All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding. Temperature-sensitive products include insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

What is the purity of your peptides?
All of our peptides maintain a 99%+ purity standard, verified via HPLC and mass spectrometry by independent, accredited verified third-party U.S. laboratories. Each batch comes with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is an official document from an independent laboratory that verifies the purity, identity, and quality of a specific product batch. Every Luminos Peptides order includes a COA. You can verify any COA at our Verify COA page.
Where are your peptides manufactured?
All Luminos Peptides products are synthesized in U.S.-based, GMP-compliant facilities using advanced solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) methods.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage, or 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within the recommended timeframe. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you include reconstitution solution?
Yes — every order includes a complimentary reconstitution solution. We also sell Solution bundles separately in our shop.
What is the Purity Challenge?
We’re so confident in our quality that we offer a Purity Challenge: Send any Luminos product to any accredited HPLC lab. If it tests below 99% purity, we reimburse up to $150 in store credit for testing costs. Learn more.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@luminospeps.com with your order number to initiate a return. See full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at support@luminospeps.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
