  2. Send a sample to any accredited HPLC laboratory of your choice
  3. If the result shows purity below 99%, email support@luminospeps.com with:
    • Your Luminos order number
    • The lot number from your product
    • The lab report showing HPLC results
    • A receipt or invoice for testing costs
  4. We will issue up to $150 in store credit within 5 business days
